These are simple designs with one or two bedrooms and are often more than twenty years old. Most homes in this style are only available in larger cities where there has been a great need for more housing options throughout the years and were built on low-cost land. But, because you won't find any of the extra frills, you will find that these homes are more affordable for new homeowners, which is just the point!
